Hello - am very new to knitting, but sadly not drunkeness. So I decided to kick things off by knitting in the pub last night. The wrist warmers from the Rowan Little Book of Big Accessories, and a couple of pints of Guinness. It got ripped and restarted when I got home last night, and I think restart No. 2 will occur later this evening, because I discovered a better way to do the thumbhole. There may be a nice wine involved.

I was looking for patterns on the internet while drinking a pint of Boddington's when I came across this.

Pillaging infants

I really think that first pic says it all. Mind you, it is designed to be a baby's hat.

Have any of you ever tried these needles? What did/do you think?
» RE: Yarn Storage
How is the best way to store yarn? Ive heard everything from bins because you dont want the moths to get it, to open because the yarn needs to breathe? Ive finally opened mine up for air and staked it but now im worried about bugs/moths!? Is that even a rational fear?

It says friends don't let friends knit drunk.

I think they're missing something.

It is nice to see a site for men who knit ( menknit.net ). I know that being a D&D player it nice to see game stuff that doesn't assume all gamers are male.
